My divisions workplace culture is highly positive, team building nights often, team lunches, team group chats etc. On a wider level, PKF provide a positive space for work culture

There are monthly events which are good as you get to catch up with people from other teams

After hours is great with Friday drinks and variety of team bonding events and dinners planned. There are also firm wide functions. Office socialising is great during hours with a social hub and excellent facilities to work and enjoy.

PKF has one of the best work cultures, everyone is approachable, friendly, and willing to help whenever you need, including the partners.

The culture is mostly healthy. There is a good social culture. In terms of in the office, it varies between teams and managers and boss'. Some appear to be a little bit toxic however others quite pleasant. The environment is sometimes political, particularly where promotions are concerned.

like that there's loads of younger people, some negativity especially in open commentary by some of the more experienced workers isn't great. but overall is positive

In the office everyone knows each other and gets along well. This is aided by regular activities organised outside of work hours, such as end of month drinks, sporting games and a classic Christmas party at the end of the year.

Working in teams of 8 allows for a good degree of socialising, and you get to know everyone on the team quite well. There is a practical hierarchy, where work gets assigned, however there is not much formality between junior and senior team members, and everyone gets along quite well. Teams are tight knit and spend a lot of time together during lunch and breaks.

Culture at the company is very good especially within the Corp Finance team, great teamwork, and cooperation between all levels of the hierarchy.

Friday drinks and end of month drinks are great for moral from a social perspective.

Division seems to have the worst culture of the firm Hierarchy seems distant from highest to lowest levels Certain staff members will not collaborate / cooperate
