Generally speaking, managers are nice, respectful, and are happy to explain things to you.

I really like my manager. He holds me to account and gives good feedback. I think there could be more interaction from those in more senior positions.

Easy to approach with open floor plan in new office space, directors and partners in glass office easy to converse with.
