Fairly seamless interview process - (i) online application, (ii) phone interview, (iii) in-person interview.

Good interview process.

I attended two interviews in the process of my recruitment then offered a final letter confirming my employment.

The interview process was very smooth.

For me it was very simple. I applied as you would for any job, was invited for an interview in the office, waited for a while and received a call offering me the position. I personally asked for a couple of weeks to decide as I was taking several offers at the time, and I ended up settling on this one.

I was pleased with the interview process. I had two interviews. One with HR and another with HR and the Business Recovery & Insolvency Partner.

My interview occurred previous to the current system.

I had two interviews - one more informal and one more formal - with multiple team members.

Went through a 3-stage interview process, the first being a 15 minute preliminary interview with HR over a video call, followed by an in person interview with the finance manager and a final interview with the General manager.

I applied for the position via my university's placement portal, went in to the office for an interview and was hired shortly after.

Questions asked ranged from some light technical questions, to why I was interested in the field and division, as well as personal questions about my interests and hobbies.

What are you studying? When do you finish your studies? Why did you study the subjects you chose to study?

My interview occurred previous to the current system.

The questions asked in my interview were based around my education, prior experience, why I wanted to do corporate finance, a bit about myself personally and a bit about career progression and my future.

Briefly introduce yourself What do you like about accounting? How proficient are you in using excel?

They asked me about my understanding of the role/industry, and what previous experience I had. They also asked me about my personal life and extra curriculars.

Make sure you are comfortable with the team's main service lines - valuation, due diligence and advisory

Be yourself, don't be afraid to ask questions and research the firm

Have confidence in your answers. Walk the talk.

Research the company. It is important to have knowledge of the company that you want to work at before you start. Research the role and the responsibilities that come with It before going for the interview.

Nothing major to prepare for which is great. Just be yourself and be confident.

Brush up on the topics your division may be doing, go and be yourself and answer questions with personality and confidence. The company looks for people that work hard and fit the culture well.

Just be positive and willing to want to learn

Do some research on the company and each division, going in with some prior knowledge on what you're getting into and why you're interested is a good place to start.

Be yourself.

A big tip would be to be yourself, ask lots of questions and never be shy to take on a challenge. I would recommend doing some prior research on the company before interviewing.

Fully understand the role and industry that they are applying. If possible, ask other contacts about the culture at the workplace to see whether it is a match for you.

Be prepared to know the cultural values of the firm.
