I am not sure about bonuses, pay is mediocre considering overtime having to work and expectations of work

The only bonuses I know of are for recommending a person apply for a position. A bonus is given if the person goes through the hiring process and is successful.

I am still confused about how I am getting paid and would appreciate an email or notification outlining how that is done.

Pay is competitive with the industry at the intern/graduate level. However, the training you receive will greatly make up for it.

As an intern/co-op, I believe that my rate of pay is reasonable. I cannot comment on grad roles etc.

It depends on the team I think, but one of the partners in my team is very generous with organising team dinners and events for us to enjoy together.
