Working Hours at PKF Melbourne

No expectation to work late hours however can do so if wanting to make a good impression.

Flexibility is offered with the option of working from home if desired.

I have one day a week working from home. Still like more time to get in the sun especially in winter when you go to work and come home in the dark, but obviously hard considering our work is indoors.

If the hours in your contract are completed, it's fairly flexible. I've been in early at times and been able to leave early as I had an event on. Same thing in reverse, I've been able to come in late and work a bit later because I had an appointment in the morning.

8:45 - 5 is what is required. Generally, may come at 8:30, stay until around 5:30. But I am allowed some flexibility on occasions.

Very flexible, I work 3 days a week

In my division, I find that they can be flexible when you have other things you need to take care of, however they expect all employees to work at least 8:30 - 5:15, and there is an expectation that you work late when it is busy. There is less flexibility for WFH than other workplaces that I hear about.
