8.4 rating for Culture, based on 21 reviews
Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
It's hard to build an office culture when so many people are working remotely. that being said my employers are making the best of a bad situation.

So far in hours, everyone is eager to help when needed and answer questions. people take the time out of their days to catch up and see how you are going. everyone is very friendly

Good cooperation and teamwork, limited after hours interaction

It's super horizontal - you can literally grab a coffee with the gm or vp whenever you want!

Very horizontal structure - you are able to talk to anyone, regardless of their position, with ease. everyone's always willing to help and it's the people that really shape p&g into a great company

Company culture is work hard, play hard. you are expected to produce great work but will be greatly rewarded for doing so. the people are great and mostly love to work together and provide help. people are very friendly and love to socialise.

P&g fosters a very horizontal structure - whether you are an intern or a director, your input is equally valued and you are encouraged to challenge each other to help the business grow. the culture is fantastic - both in the office and when working from home - and the business works hard to organise events that help facilitate the workplace culture and build long-lasting relationships.

Very accountable, constant access to top leaders, very community-driven.

There are no set hours, so the job is very flexible. in the sydney office, there are no allocated seats so you are welcome to sit anywhere and next to anyone. we also have a social club to allow for colleagues to socialise outside of work.

The company culture is excellent. everyone is very approachable no matter the level of management. there is great team spirit within the company and everyone is there to help each other to grow within the business.

The people are all energetic and competitive, they love to win and are driven to succeed. socialising is strong in pockets with some individuals feeling on the outskirts. in addition there is a feeling that the company is not where it should be which has caused some feelings of negativity across the workforce.

Flat structures with heavy team focus and strong office/company culture. after hours culture is currently poor and needs improvement.

Culture has vastly improved. we have a small office in melbourne so it is extremely friendly and family orientated. we do not have enough after hour functions, but that is primarily driven by the majority of colleagues having younger children they need to look after in non-working hours. there is strong teamwork in my team, some strong social groups have been formed between teams.

Culture has improved recently but the social side still is below other workplaces i have been in

Culture is great in the office but often it stays in the office. there is not much socialising outside of the work space.
