P&g establishes strong mentorship-focused relationships with management. the management level is very horizontal, so you feel comfortable to approach individuals of all levels. feedback is regularly provided, and you are always encouraged to be transparent with your manager to ensure you are both aware of your career objectives and any extenuating circumstances.
