In the middle of the pack in terms of remuneration packages for business graduates. head of the pack in terms of offering staff discounts, phone/home internet allowances.

P&g offers a very competitive stipend. i was very pleased with my starting salary, particularly as i joined the company as an intern and will soon become a graduate. p&g also offers a range of bonuses and perks to help recognise their employees' commitment to the firm and the hard work that they do.

Salary is decent for the field, however less than you would expect for the responsibilities; this is made up for by the perks such as company vehicle, leave and product allocations.

Pay is above market rate in fmcg but there are no bonuses/commission schemes at the company which can sometimes be a bit annoying.
