Management at Reece

Managers and mentors are really focused on my growth. They are dedicated to weekly one-on-ones, and make me feel safe to be honest during these. They look to challenge me and are super encouraging throughout the process. They give me honest feedback and celebrate my achievements (even more than I do).

My current branch manager is the best manager that I have had in 9 years of working. He is extremely patient and helpful, provides good communication and feedback and is always willing to listen and help out in any situation

My manager is so good, he always gives me a hand and does his best to develop my learning. In some ways my manager has turned into a role model of mine, and I strive off learning off my manager.

Due to the flat structure managers are accessible and provide a structured rhythm, with Managers, and Regional Managers setting aside time for regular chats. Feedback is also provided frequently, and praise/recognition handed out where warranted.
