Training & Personal Development at Reece

Within Reece there are many different ways to train and develop your skillset. There are LXPs, which are digital learning courses that are essential for working within a branch, those courses have everything from tips and tricks to legal requirements that you must follow and company standards. Reece also have a 3 day training course for new employees which was extremely helpful.

I have increased my knowledge for HVAC! Also, multitasking and developing into a leader. The training consists of pricing, understanding customers and selling the Reece way!
