Salary at Saab Australia

I am satisfied, although would be open to more!

The extras are a real bonus and the salary is definitely fair value. The super being excluded and a fair percentage is also.

It is more than fair for my position and received an unexpected remuneration during the year. So happy with it at this stage, the test from my view is at the end of the graduate program the ability to negotiate a change in working conditions and the level of reunification.

When hired Saab had the highest pay for Graduates within the defence industry in Adelaide.

Very competitive pay and super. 100% the best I have seen for grads.

I'm not sure how it compares to other companies, but I am quite satisfied with my income. I understand that every so often we do a competency assessment, and this has an impact on our future pay. As a graduate, you can expect pay to increase at the end of each year.

There are generous leave policies here and there is reduced pay on many social activities if you wish to participate.

Brilliant, the court side 36ers tickets are great. and the 10 extra days of Saab leave are very handy and much appreciated. Have had some free dinners the boss has picked up, i didn't move, never needed am uber, and the offer a discount on all manner of shopping experiences which i used quite often. access to private health is through 3rd party with an discount, it was just more viable for my situation to choose a different option.

6 weeks annual leave is great

Saab provides and extra two weeks of leave to all employees. This leave can be cashed out at the end of the year if employees dont want to take the extra leave.

2 weeks extra leave so 6 weeks total (4 weeks annual leave and 2 weeks Saab leave). Free tickets to basketball games etc, subsidised lunch at work cafe, and subsidised event tickets e.g. half price mini golf or half price Illuminate (SA) tickets with Saab's social club.

Leave policies are flexible.

The best policy in place is salary continuance insurance.
