Santos has a regional operating model with a strong local focus. The Company’s operating structure comprises three regional business units focused on enabling and executing corporate strategy. Two divisions – Santos Energy Solutions and Santos Upstream Gas and Liquids – are accountable for global portfolio management and strategy.

About the Role

Our Graduate Program is your gateway to an exciting journey of professional growth and development with a dynamic organisation committed to growing future talent. 

Our comprehensive 3-year program will enable you to develop your technical and professional knowledge and skills by participating in 2-3 job rotations. In each rotation, graduates are provided 1:1 mentorship, someone outside of their leader that will support their technical development. You will also have access to a number of formal professional and technical training programs, relevant to your role and your professional development goals.

Our diverse asset portfolio provides multiple opportunities across our Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth locations as well as a number of our operational sites, located across Australia.
