Weโ€™re looking for a Graduate CRM Developer to join our Pierlite team in Sydney

As a Graduate CRM Developer youโ€™ll build responsibility to ensure our CRM is operational and optimised to best serve various business departments. This role requires an understanding of the MS Dynamics 365 platform and ongoing knowledge development of available platform and system improvements, plus clarity of relevant technology development roadmaps. This role will work closely with all relevant departments, coordinating work via DevOps and ensuring alignment with business expectations.

What youโ€™ll do

  • CRM Support, maintenance & development.
  • Manage WIP pipeline via DevOps.
  • Plan, implement and support ongoing feature and process enhancements. 
  • Manage all related integrations with other key platforms.
  • Ownership of the data structure and interdependencies constantly working to improve robustness and efficiencies.
  • Pursue single source of truth and robust data management aligned with corporate guidelines especially pertaining to Privacy & Security.

Your qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • University or professional experience (1-2 years) in working with MS Dynamics CRM, with working knowledge of MS Dynamics 365. 
  • A knowledge of SSIS packages.
  • Understanding of ERP integration layers is advantageous.
  • Ability to develop automated workflows for connecting various business processes. 
  • Understanding of the data connections to other systems like ERP, SharePoint, Datawarehouse etc.
  • Usage of DevOps and other relevant skills required to manage CRM preferred.
  • Programming or software development skills.
  • Collaborative team contributor.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker.
