Currently we have an opportunity for an Operations Support Intern to join our Order Management team. As part of Signify Pacific, this role will be dedicated to Australia, and will join a team of talented and highly motivated professionals who work closely together to add value to the Signify businesses. 

In this role you will contribute to a high level of customer's satisfaction and excellent operational service. At the same time, you will work closely with a broad set of colleagues from different functions and levels to deliver best in class customer service results to meet operational and financial targets.

What youโ€™ll doโ€ฆ

  • Checking availability of orders and preparing delivery proposals; where needed, selecting proposed alternatives, updating order statuses.
  • Screening complex orders (specials) regarding technical content and commercial correctness.
  • Monitoring the digital sales order creation process.
  • Responding to customer questions and complaints regarding products and services provided through various channels to market.
  • Lead a dedicated efficiency project to enhance the customer experience, exploring cutting edge technologies in customer experience.
