As a Mechanical Engineer Graduate, you will work within multiple collaborative teams to develop technical expertise across the TasNetworks distribution and transmission networks. You will learn about the electrical network industry (NER) by working on a variety of exciting projects contributing to leading renewable energy initiatives in Tasmania. To be successful in this role and to become part of the graduate program you will need to have a tertiary qualification in engineering (having graduated or graduating in 2022-2024) and a current driver's license. The only negative would be the fact that the company is going through change currently after a recent merger. A lot of computer systems are changing as well as some of the processes, leaving a few people 'unhappy' which is slowing down workflow.
Restrictive in opportunities, very slow for work to progress.
Poor work ethic amongst a few employees.
