2 year graduate program to become a 'full engineer' by the company's definition, which is decent. Following that I am unsure.

It has taken a lot of work to ensure that I have a career progression path at TEN. As it would only happen through self-motivation. Even then it is uncertain as the path often depends on decision outside my control, like Client decisions.

As a recent graduate I have no experience of this yet, aside from the notion of yearly reviews.

As a graduate I felt challenged enough especially having to deal with high level professionals in my day to day work. I do you like to work on a whole project from beginning to end so that I can have a feel of what a typical project cycle is like. Career progression - changes in this company happen very slowly so cannot expect things to happen instantly
