I think it was perfect.

It was standard and adequate.

The hiring process was fine. I had a phone call then a follow up interview with the head of country and HR. It was smooth and had no issues with it.

Submitted CV, attended an in person interview with the Head of Country and a HR employee. Process was clearly communicated.

Interview process was tattered, didn't receive any calls and communications initially. Only an interview assessment was there.

Interview was done during covid so I had one round of interview. It took 8 months to get the offer since I first applied online.

Questions were about experience, personal, and view on the field (engineering). For example, What do you do at work, What experiences do you have, Why do you like Engineering,

On whether a displacement pump or a centrifugal pump would be better at pumping liquid hydrogen. Tell us a time you have dealt with time management,

I was asked for examples of problem solving and challenging situations I had been in and how I had handled them. In addition to work history/experience and anything relevant to my potential as an Engineer.

Previous experience, we discussed my internship heavily as that related to Genesis's typical work. Cant remember specific questions.

I was asked behavioral questions and a few technical questions. I was also asked about my experience and what I wanted to know more of.

Had to do a presentation about a topic of my choice. Was asked generic questions by P&C.

I would recommend they prepare by refreshing their memories on what they did for their thesis and their design project and preparing some behavioral questions. I would also recommend for them to be prepared to answer questions on any work experience they have had.

Ensure you are genuine and have a set of prepared scenarios that you can adapt to any questions asked.

Be yourself and being natural the better, also being nervous is okay. Show effort if you really want to get the job. Do research about the work you gonna do and the project they are involved in.

Have at least an internship experience.
