The salary is competitive for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, as it aligns with the top end of the industry average.

Pay rate is okay, I know other companies that pay more and others that pay less. Id say its probably average for consulting companies, less than an energy/mining company. Unsure on bonuses at this point.
