There is a very strong focus on diversity, inclusivity, and fair hiring practices, and processes are constantly being improved. Diversity within the company is already quite high, with many minorities represented more than in most companies.

This is one of their big focuses. They have paid transition leave for trans people, & try to keep everyone educated & encourage celebration. They are over 50% women/other non-men last I herd & this has been a big goal of thiers, they do a lot to make it a comfortable workplace for women.

We have a company target within Australia to reach 50:50 between men and women and under represented gender minorities and we are close to reaching this goal. We are so diverse, it's clear to see how poorly represented minorities are at our clients. We have 20 days leave for Gender affirmation/transition in the workplace. Parental leave - primary carer gets 18 paid weeks leave and secondary carer gets 4 weeks paid leave
