Your role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Participate in the CIMIC Group Graduate Program, gaining exposure to global projects in construction, mining, and services
  • Engage in two one-year rotations within the pre-contracts and procurement team, starting with Utilities Projects in Brisbane, QLD
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality results and build strong professional relationships
  • Contribute to shaping sectors like power, water, transport, and social infrastructure

About you

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

  • A Commerce degree, completed in 2023 or as a final-year student
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a strong eagerness to learn
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive communication and collaboration skills
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency
