As we continue to deliver & evolve, we are looking for an experienced Night Shift Officer to join our New Energy O&M team

ABOUT THE POSITION ON OFFER 

You are responsible to oversee and monitor the operational performance of our BESS project. This is an office-based role where you will be responsible for monitoring screens and systems to ensure safe and continuous operation. You will coordinate with site teams and provide real-time support for any issues that may arise.

 Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor screens and dashboards displaying site operations for the project.
  • Ensure operational efficiency by identifying and resolving any system alerts or operational issues.
  • Coordinate with on-site teams to address any operational or safety concerns promptly.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with day-shift supervisors and managers to ensure smooth handover of information.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site procedures at all times.
  • Document and report on operational performance, including any incidents or issues during the night shift.
  • Assist in implementing corrective actions to improve site performance where necessary.

Your skills and experience:         

  • Ideally bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused for long periods while monitoring systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts on a rotating schedule.
  • Basic understanding of construction and O&M processes is desirable.
  • Proficiency in using monitoring systems and software.
