The Unilever Future Leaders Programme โ€“ Customer Development 

Our Customer Development teams partner with customers to pioneer new products, categories and concepts. Whether in category management, developing and implementing brand/category solutions and activities, or account management focusing on turnover, profit and market share, a Customer Development role with us will see you providing leadership in shopper trends, habits and behaviours.

Key Features of UFLP: 

  • Hands-on experience in business challenges
  • Work with experts across multiple disciplines
