The pay could be a little more competitive since it operates very lean. The bonus have conditional based on "company performance" and "your performance" which are never really clear.

Full-time pay is great compared to the big four consulting firms. However, part-time pay is $25/hour at the start and can increase to $28/hour following promotion.
