Visagio is very flexible, and Visagians can choose alternative schedules or even work partially remote (at home or anywhere else), whether to escape traffic congestion, spend more time with family, find time to take/pick up children from school or other personal reasons. Our flexibility policy empowers Visagians to make decisions with an intersection of theirs and Visagio’s best interests in mind. Allowing more flexibility increases team engagement and productivity. It is in our culture to deliver with quality, meet deadlines and with excellent standards - the results are our guidelines. We believe that this autonomy is fundamental for our team to continue generating results and ensuring better balance.
From interns applying flexibility in managing their work commitments and university commitments, adjusting their hours or taking time off to study to our parents at Visagio adjusting their work hours and locations to suit daycare or school drop-off and pick-ups, flexibility is used and applied by all. David Whebell (Visagian since 2024) shares his perspective on how access to flexibility reflects our culture: “I vividly remember when I was first assigned to a project, and the Project Lead asked me, “So how do you think you’ll split your time?” Initially, I didn’t understand why that was something I should decide. He clarified, “When would you like to work from home and when at the office?” This level of flexibility and trust is a defining characteristic of the Visagio Culture.”
