The fact that we get to roll off the grad program into a position is great and gives us a solid foundation for moving up the ranks. I think especially with all the changes the company is going through, there is lots of opportunity for promotion and moving around which will help me climb the ranks.

I am still 6 months in so I cannot comment on this.

So far I don't have a clear understanding of what the career progression looks like but there are a lot of different areas that I could go into so there are definitely a lot of opportunities available to you

The company is going through a lot of change in an unstable industry - everyone's feeling the pressure and feeling slightly insecure of where their place is in the company in the next few years. As a graduate I feel slightly more secure than others because I am more flexible and able to be moved around to new departments when they become available.

Honestly, I'm not too sure how to get promoted but I'm more focused on learning and getting to know the tools in the industry. But I do know that the hierarchy of the company is relatively flat and if you have a desire to work in a certain area, they are happy to try and provide you with that work space and tasks which your interested in.

If you perform well in your role, there are always opportunities to move to different areas of the business to gain new skills
