We have a very strong Community Partnerships program which is championed by Community Ambassadors, who are employees who sit within different businesses and business functions. We run events with our community partners which enables our staff to volunteer with our partners during Good Deeds Week, Mental Health week and the like. We also have a 'double my donation' program, where the company will double the donation of a group of employees to one of our company's chosen community partners.
