My managers so far have been amazing mentors. They are extremely approachable, always make time for me when needed and are always willing to provide feedback on how to become even better at my current role.

My manager has been fantastic, but I've heard feedback from other grads that it isn't always the case. So it really depends on who your manager is.

So far so good. Every one of the managers I have worked or interacted with have been great in communication, accommodating as well as great leadership skills.

Just like any work place there are goods and bads and everyone has their quirks that you have to work around. but as I've mentioned the people and culture are really friendly and they are all on the same mission so the managers are the same in that they are supportive and are there to help you grow but they are also not going to coddle you. the feedback I get is good and clear and definitely helps in understanding your role

My colleagues are fantastic mentors and leaders. Decisions made higher up in the business aren't always made clear until the last minute where we're put under the pump to execute.

The managers I've worked under have been excellent. Quality of leadership can be the difference between going to work each day being a chore vs. something you genuinely look forward to, and thus far my experience has overwhelmingly been the latter. Feedback has been constructive & is always respectful.

My manager has been highly supportive and is always accessible whenever I have any queries. We meet on a weekly basis to check-in and see how I'm going.

Regularly in contact, more than just the monthly 1 on 1's. Good mentor and incredibly willing to help me learn and grow.

Yes managers are accessible and make good mentors. Frequent and accessible communication and there is definitely praise and recognition.

They are great, most make an effort and most provide great feedback and praise.

Line managers easily accessible

While they are very busy they do take time to answer questions when they arise. At the beginning, gaining feedback was challenging as the direction I was given was very broad and was not familiar with the sector or style of writing that was required. However as I communicated that with our allocated HR, tasks and the direction I was directed towards was clearer.

My manager was very approachable

Manager can be critical and is open to giving and receiving feedback.

The managers are very open and appear often around the working area. The line managers meet with their team regularly to check in, give advice and see how they are working.

The managers for interns are very experienced engineers who have a wealth of knowledge. They are very accessible. The executive team were very friendly and would ensure that we were enjoying our work and our time with the business.
