Corporate Social Responsibility at William Buck

Hard to comment as i am new and have not worked on any csr projects.

Indigenous artists initiative - supporting indigenous artists with business experience, sponsoring their works and paying for their training. wb foundation - a charitable arm of wb that donates to causes close to employees

We discuss the importance of corporate social responsibility once a month and engage in initiatives for people interested to really involve themselves.

From my position it appears that william buck is very committed to csr activities, supporting a range of charities and activities that benefit the greater community.

I really enjoy being able to do all types of charity work / giving back within the firm. i think the initiatives run by everyone do a really good job of getting everyone involved in those type of activities.

The firm's csr projects are numerous and are fun to participate in. i have personally participated in the firm's engagement with fareshare kitchens, which involved a group of approximately 20 of us preparing meals for those in need. it was good fun and i cannot recommend it enough for new graduates to participate in these types of events.

We have a csr team here who run events regularly. this has included the sleep at the g, the push up challenge for mental health and assisting with fareshare.

We have a csr committee which organises lots of charity work, the workplace giving program and i know of people at the firm that are on boards of charitable organisations. also, when people take part in charity events the whole firm tends to be very supportive. i took part in one myself a while ago and lots of people in the firm donated to the cause which i was very grateful for.

The company is very committed to ensuring they are donating to charities, are working on esg requirements etc.

There is monthly gift giving, supporting and helping charities by raising funds and volunteering.

I haven't worked on anything personally, but i know from the work culture that my employer is very focused on csr - from the public initiatives they support - e.g. movember, beachside gift men's 2 mile championship, impact100, victorian amateur football association, meals from the heart program.

William buck is very conscious of their csr, we have a committee who organises various csr initiatives.

Run for the kids, and other fundraisers for many different causes.

Sleepout for vinnies, backpacks for sa kids volunteering, pawgust fundraiser for guide dogs.

Paid time off for volunteering, various workplace giving programs, some pro bono work.

Team charity days, work for charities

Company does above what is expected in this area. there is always a csr undertone to all events and employees actively get involved in many causes.

Donations free dress day, no plastic friday's etc.
