I had two interview firstly with an a senior accountant and a member of the p&c team and my second interview was with a partner and member of p&c team. both interviews went well, i was asked a range of questions about my personality, experience and knowledge as well as tested briefly on basic accounting principles.

Strong hiring process, with a two week turnaround between application and first interview. my process was longer than expected, but that was because i wasn't the right fit for one of the other departments and so they tried to place me in a better fit (cf). i appreciated that they were willing to accomodate my strengths, career objectives and interests, which really impressed me and gave me comfort around pursuing a career at the firm.

Applied via seek, completed online assessments as well as interviews and was called in for two interviews. the assessments were typical psychometric tests - which we were eventually walked through and explained what we did well/wrong etc etc.

It was a quick seamless process on my end. i applied; they liked my application, so i did some testing. got asked to do an interview and was able to change the date to an earlier time to accommodate to my upcoming trip to korea, i then had the interview with frank and garth and got a call back on the same day for another one from frank. i then came in the next day to meet with chris and laurie. 2 days later i got a call saying i got the job, just before i left for my trip.

My interview process was quick and simple with little to no downtime between decision-making. after sending an email to hr, the talent acquisition advisor was quick to fast-track initial assessments and an interview. my interview was friendly and unformulaic - that is, i did not feel i needed to read a script to express myself as my interviewers and environment were approachable and supportive. after my interview, i received correspondence on the same day that i had the job, which was a relief compared to the weeks i have waited for other firms.

My own interview process was very smooth and involved as little stress as possible. my interview was a very friendly environment and the hr team at the time were very easy to deal with. i do think there has been a bit of a struggle to find good new staff in the past few years but again, that is more of an industry issue, not specific to wb and i see management implementing programs such as the intern program to try and combat that.
