Salary at Escient

I was very satisfied with the pay for a graduate consultant level, but it was a bit disappointing to see how small the pay increase was to go to a consultant level at the end of the graduate year. Overall it seems that Escient isn't the highest paying, but I think there are plenty of perks that come with working here that make up for that (e.g. investment in training, social activities). We don't have bonuses.

No bonuses but my graduate level pay was good.

I think the graduate salary is very competitive, but the promotion and bonus for completing the graduate program was a little conservative.

Transition from graduate to level 1 consultant was poorly handled and the initial pay rise is not remotely competitive in the market or based on individual merit.

I believe the pay and bonuses are very reasonable relative to the market.

The pay is quite good for a graduate salary with a strong emphasis on rewarding employees for their work. The benefits of BYOD and PD plus Super also are positive.

Salary seems competitive when compared to the Big 4. Not much else to go off.

I don't believe we have any financial perks other than the $2500 per year for tech allowance (this just divided into your monthly pay throughout the year, not awarded in one amount). The culture at Escient and opportunities that you get from working here are definitely a perk though.

Generous leave policies and ability to purchase leave is very good. The office we also reside in, has some perks even though not directly attached to our company.
