Joining the Escient Graduate Program is joining a team of innovative problem solvers who are passionate about shaping a better future.  

As an Escient Graduate, you’ll build personable connections, access individual learning opportunities, and participate in engagements to get exposure to real and meaningful work, laying the foundations for your career in consulting.

• 12-month full-time graduate program commencing in February
• Involvement in meaningful and engaging client projects
• Formal training combined with coaching and guidance from industry-experienced consultants
• A supportive graduate network to guide you into the world of consulting at Escient
