1. Online Applications Open
Applications for the IGO Graduate and Vacation Program open in February / March each year. Sign up to the Graduate and Students Talent Network on our careers page to be the first to know when applications open.
2. Psychometric Testing
Eligible applicants will be invited to complete online psychometric testing used to identify the right people for the right roles at IGO.
3. Video Interviews
Once applications have closed, we will review all test results and progress successful candidates to an online video interview so we can hear more about you!
4. Meet and Greet
The final stage in our process is an invitation to join us for a meet and greet in our South Perth office, where you will have the opportunity to meet our people, and ask any questions you have about IGO or the Graduate and Vacation Programs.
5. Offers Made
Shortly after this, successful applicants will be presented with an offer of employment.
6. Onboarding and Connection
Once your offer is accepted, we will commence your onboarding and connect with you in a number of ways before your commencement.
7. Start Date
Congratulations on your new role with IGO and welcome to the Program!
The Vacation Program commences end of November each year.
The Graduate Program commences in late January each year.
