Interview included a full day assessment with leaders from across the business. They created a safe environment that allowed me to be myself and ask questions. We were given an opportunity to network with all the leaders and they explained the program really well

Video interview, group assessment/activities then a one on one interview.

For my current role, I underwent 2 rounds of online interviews with various stakeholders. It was a pretty efficient process and I received valuable feedback.

Clear instructions, quick replies on any questions I had pre assessment day. The day was well organized, although it was virtual it engaging and flowed

After you have sent your resume in and been progressed to the next stage, you will participate in an assessment day where you do different activities and interviews to demonstrate your team work and skills.

Behavioural questions

Experience and behavioural based questions like "tell us about a situation where x and how did you deal with that" etc.

Mainly questions around prior challenges and how we dealt with them, strengths and weaknesses

We completed tasks such as a desert island activity which tested for team work and leadership skills. Questions in individual interviews were conversational, with questions such as name a time you were in a difficult work situation and how did you overcome it

Get comfortable with using teams/zoom. Do some mock interviews to prepare for your one on one interview and practice how to present via teams/zoom.

Research the role, be personable and friendly, don't be afraid to ask questions, and draw on experiences in your professional life that directly relate to the responsibilities of the role you're applying for

Be yourself, ITW is very culture driven and look for employees with shared values. A tip to best prepare, do your research on the company, understand the key values and work it into your answers.
