Our tailored program is designed to give you a broad experience, introducing you to all aspects of life at one of Australia’s largest and most successful financial institutions. You’ll undertake rotations where you’ll build the critical capabilities and professional skills to grow a successful career. From day one, you’ll play an integral role in delivering for our customers.

About the NAB Summer Intern Program
Our summer internship is for undergraduate and postgraduate students in their second last year of study. It’s an eight-week paid program run over the university summer break. You’ll discover what it’s like to learn and work at one of Australia’s largest and most successful financial institutions.
You’ll not only gain insights into the banking and finance industry but you’ll be provided with career coaching to help you figure out what you want from your career and how to achieve it. Our program focuses on employability and future skills development that will complement your study and set you up for future career success.
At the end of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to apply and potentially receive an early offer for our Graduate Program the following year.
About the NAB Financial Markets Intern Program
Our Financial Markets Summer Intern Program is a bespoke four-week paid program run over the university summer break where you’ll learn all about our fast-paced global financial markets team.
Through a series of tailored rotations across different teams within our financial markets business, you’ll discover the value we create for our clients whilst building core knowledge across foreign exchange, interest rates, credit and commodities markets. You'll experience a dynamic work environment and be supported with learning sessions, networking with senior leaders, trading simulation games and a dedicated support network. This highly bespoke program is an investment into your future career as a financial markets specialist.
At the end of the program, you’ll also have the opportunity to apply and potentially receive an early offer for our Graduate Program the following year.

If applying for the Graduate Program or Summer Intern program, you’ll be asked to select a business area aligned to where you want to build your career. Choose carefully, as you can't change your mind after submitting your application.
