The graduate culture is amazing and everyone is very social and happy to catch up.
Sometimes we have to navigate lots of old tech and systems.
Because itโs such a large organization, it can be tricky to know the ins and outs of what each function does, but that comes with time, experience and exposure.
Sometimes have to work long hours.
There were lots of stages of the interview process
We donโt get any bonuses. Apparently they used to but they stopped a few years back.
