Prysmian's started our diversity and inclusion efforts a while ago with their “Side by Side” initiative; they believed then and they strongly advocate every day that people create companies and its own values and stories.

Being a more supportive and inclusive company also means becoming a better and more performing one. This is Prysmian's everyday mission for a long-term plan. As a company, they have defined targets to achieve by 2030 in the area of social sustainability.

One of Prysmian's goals is to hire and develop +500 women in a fully dedicated STEM program by 2030 and inspire the new generation of women to pursue a career in technical and scientific roles.
