Recruitment Process

For Velrada's graduate positions, the selection process involves:

A short online application form which will include providing a CV and academic transcript
A one-way video interview comprising of a few short questions, and an online cognitive assessment. Both tasks should take 30-35 minutes to complete.
A Behavioural assessment focused on understanding your work preferences
An in-person interview at one of Velrada's offices with our People Leaders

The constant change... can be exciting but also a bit chaotic. One day you’re working on a project, and the next, the priorities shift completely.
Communication between departments could be improved to ensure smoother collaboration and understanding of shared goals.
The learning curve? It’s steep... always something new to learn, and it can feel like you’re perpetually playing catch-up.
Allocation of resources where senior resources are prioritised over junior resources... some resources are underutilized.
Supplied tools like laptops are not up to the standard... We are still using laptops with 16GB RAM which can slow down the development progress.
