VMware places a big importance on being a force for good. Since I joined they had two key initiatives, achieving 100% Carbon Neutrality and utilising 100% renewable energy for our operations. These two initiatives were respectively achieved 2 and 1 years ahead of schedule.

I am not as aware of the initiatives that my company does to reduce carbon footprint. However, my company does have recycling bins throughout the office.
