Community groups exists for gender, LGBTI+ and indigenous Australians. Inclusion and diversity focal points are also present in every function. Overall employee engagement and buy-in is quite good. Company policy wise, all policies are gender neutral (e.g. parental leave available for both primary and secondary parent), expressing rooms are present throughout building.
