WSP offers two main programs for students and recent graduates:

WSP Aspire Graduate Program

Focus on Transitioning from University to Corporate Life: This two-year graduate development program is designed to facilitate the transition from university to corporate life, leading to a promotion to an Emerging Professional role upon completion.
Applications open February 2025
For final year students starting full-time work between June 2025 and February 2026
Provides tools, support, and environment for career growth
Offers work on challenging projects and exposure to new ideas and technology

Summer Internship/Undergraduate Program

Paid positions
Official recruitment campaign launches July 2025
Open to all students seeking industry experience, from first year to final year
Internships typically start from November/December
Flexible schedule: 4-5 days during semester breaks, 1-3 days during term time
