Welcoming place to work, and very understanding superiors when it comes to taking a little extra time to learn processes and the work. Legitimate incentives to continue study with pay rises and study leave.
Extremely welcoming and friendly people and team culture. Everyone is very approachable, easy to talk to and understanding of each other's circumstances.
I believe the best thing about working here is close knit client teams and the inclusivity of these teams.

Nature of the business, but work tends to clump a touch through the year, some months are crazily busy whereas others are quiet.
The inconsistent nature of consulting and meeting client deadlines. Can have the occasional lull of work with little to do, and other times have multiple competing jobs requiring many extra hours to complete.
I think the worst thing can be the technology at times. IT systems or devices not working.
Team with no set office days which mean it's difficult to create connections with co-workers.
Environment can be too quiet at times.
