In terms of recruitment, recruiters are very aware of mitigating unconscious bias in selection while still choosing the candidate of best fit. I have only been at the company for a short time but I have not noticed any restrictions in recruitment, retention and promotion based on identity factors such as race, gender, sexual preference or religion, the company values are strongly ingrained in embracing the benefits diversity provides at a global level as well as all the tiers of management to individual client teams.
