What is the internship application process at Rheinmetall?

Raeph, a student engineer at Rheinmetall explain about the internship application that he went through, including:

1. Submitting a CV and cover letter through Prosple Australia 
2. If selected, you will undergo an online interview with automated questions and record your answers
3. Successful candidates will be invited to an assessment center, where they participate in a group design task (drawing sketches) while being evaluated by managers.
4. Afterward, there will be a one-on-one interview with senior engineers covering technical and personal questions, and if everything goes well, you may receive a job offer.
