There is lots of opportunity for progression with many different paths for me to take.

Rheinmetall offers many in-house communal benefit programs. We are currently running a competition to promote a healthy lifestyle through walking. They also do lots of work with Legacy.

The culture is excellent, extra effort gets recognised and managers show real appreciation. The support as a graduate has been great. Everyone is understanding and willing to help. There is a clear organisation hierarchy, making it easy to know whom to turn to.

Great diversity - lots of different backgrounds, ages and cultures. Plenty of online training around this as well.

The workload isn't overwhelming but it doesn't feel like I'm doing nothing either. There are lots of small milestones, to make me feel like I've accomplished something.

The management is always happy to hear your concerns and do their best to help you get what you want professionally. There is a good amount of praise and understanding when you make mistakes - especially for graduates.

The company offers above adequate facilities, with plenty of office space and a quiet location in a newly built industry estate that is easy to get to. The dress code is professional with some teams doing a Fun Shirt Friday on Fridays.

The interview was fantastic. It was laid back, the interviewers were all very friendly and no obscure questions were asked.

It is above the average base rate, which is fantastic. They also provide annual pay increases above the requirement specified by inflation.

There is lots of opportunity for training and development, I have been through an advanced NX CAD Software course and have a GD&T course in the next coming weeks.

The company is super flexible with hours, as long as the work is done, and attend required meetings, can work whatever hours to make up the total hours for the working week.

Power consumption and general waste are reduced, where possible.
